1 National Loan Scholarship: Given to Indian National for all courses after Matriculation or S.S.L.C. leading to Ist Degree, Post Graduate and for post M.A./M.Sc. stages. Those who gain 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination are eligible. Income limit is Rs.6000/- for Un der Graduate. For others there is no income limit. Students who get scholar ships/stipends under any other scheme are not eligible.

2 Government of India Scholarships to the students from non Hindi speaking States:
Awarded strictly on merit basis.
3 National Merit Scholarship: Strictly on merit basis. If the income exceeds Rs.500 per month Certificate of merit and national prize of Rs.100/- will be awarded.
Income limit is not applicable to Post-Graduate Students.
4 National Merit Scholarship for the children of Primary and Secondary School Teachers: Will be awarded to the children of serving teachers only according to merit and availability.
5 Scholarships to Physically Handicapped Students: Candidates should secure at least 40% marks at the previous annual examination. The income should not exceed above Rs.500 per month.
6 State Concession & Fisherman Scholarship: Awarded to the children of bonafide sea-going fisherman having an annual income of not more than Rs. 3000/-
7 Scholarships to the bright Students among the children of Ex- Servicemen: This scholarship will be given to those students whose annual income limit(including the income of the parents and in case where parents are dead including the income of the guardian) does not exceed Rs. 8000/-
8 Suvarna Jubilee Scholarship: Eligibility: 50% marks in
qualifying exam., Income limit. - should belong to BPL family. Amount of Scholarship for UG & PG: Rs.10,000/.a. Time to apply: After the completion of first year admissions
9 State Merit Scholarship: Eligibility: 50% marks in qualifying Exam., Income limit: Rs.1.0 lakh. But for the first 3 students in the UG level and the first student in the PG level, scholarships are awarded without considering income criterion. Amount of Scholarship: Degree Rs.1250/- and PG Rs.1500/(per Year). Time to apply: Soon after the completion of admissions.
10 Muslim Girl’s Scholarship: Eligibility: Only Muslim girls are eligible.
Should be a student in Govt./Aided institution or should have secured admission under Govt. quota in unaided colleges income limit Rs.4.5 lakhs. Amount of Scholarship: Degree Rs.4000/- and PG Rs.5000/-. The amount is being credited to the SB a/c of the applicant. Students are advised to submit Bank account number of any nationalized Bank with IFSC code. When to apply: After the completion of first year admissions.
11 Stipend For Muslim Girls Residing In Hostels: Eligibility: Should be residing in Govt./Govt. approved hostels. Income limit: Rs.4.5lakh. Amount of Scholarship: Rs 12000/p.a. Time to apply: After the completion of first year admissions.
12 Muslim Nadar Scholarship: Eligibility: Girls students belonging to OBC communities and girl students belonging to BPL families of forward casts can apply. 50% marks in qualifying exam. Income limit Rs.18000 per year. Amount of Scholarship Rs125/per year. Time to apply: After the completion of first year admissions.
13 Scholarship For Blind/Deaf/Physically Challenged Students: Eligibility: Students of Govt/aided colleges are eligible. Amount of Scholarship: Fee and Hostel Charges. Fee concession only to those whose annual income are below Rs.25,000/p.a. Time to apply: After the completion of first year admissions
14 Post Metric Scholarship For Minority: Eligibility: 50% marks in qualifying exam. Income limit Rs.2 lakh. Only Muslim and Christian students are eligible from the state of Kerala. Amount of Scholarship: Degree & PG- Rs185/ for day scholars and Rs.355/ for hostellers. Time to apply Decided by GOI
15 Higher Education Scholarship: Eligibility: Marks in qualifying exam ST – Pass, SC – For science subjects 45%, SC – All other subjects 40%, Gen. Category – Science 50%, Gen. Category – Others 45%. Should be a first year UG student in Govt./Aided college. Amount of Scholarship: Under Graduate Course Rs. 12000/- (first year), Rs.18,000/- (second year), Rs.24,000/- (third year), Post Graduate Course Rs. 40000/- (first year) and Rs.60,000/- (second year). Time to apply: Soon after the completion of admissions.
16 Mahatma Gandhi University Merit Scholarship: Eligibility: On the basis of merit in their qualifying exam. Amount of Scholarship: UG courses Rs. 900/- and for PG course Rs. 1200/-
